Chia Chu
Before discovering yoga, Chia often felt disconnected from her body and unsure how to find balance in daily life. Everything shifted when she began practicing yoga in Taiwan, where she learned how the practice could transform the body, mind, and spirit.
Today, Chia is the owner of Studio YOU Yoga and is passionate about guiding students toward strength, clarity, peace, and lasting connection.
