New to Studio YOU? Here are the quick answers you need before stepping into class.
01 Where are you located?
Our address is 862 South State Road 135 Suite I, Greenwood, IN. We are in the Home Depot Plaza across from Home Depot in the small separate strip center. There is plenty of parking outside of the studio, and you may also park in Home Depot’s parking lot.
02 When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts, especially if it is your first class.
03 What should I bring to class?
Simply bring yourself, a smile, and a desire to learn. If you already have a yoga mat, bring it. If not, we have mats and towels available to rent and purchase. We also recommend bringing a closable container of water.
04 What should I wear to class?
We recommend wearing comfortable active clothing. Socks and shoes are not recommended during yoga practice. For hot and heated classes, wear breathable materials and plan on sweating a bit.

06 What class do you recommend for a beginner?
All of our classes are beginner-friendly, and our experienced teachers will guide you every step of the way. For more detailed class descriptions, click here.
07 What about eating or drinking before class?
It is a good idea to arrive hydrated and drink plenty of water after class as well. In most yoga traditions, it is recommended to avoid food 2–3 hours prior to yoga practice.
08 How do I access my virtual class?
When you register for a Virtual Class, you will receive an email with a Zoom link. Please check your email for this link. At 10–15 minutes before class, click the registration link in your email to join the Zoom meeting. Be sure you are opted into receiving emails from us and check your spam folder.
09 How do I book or register for classes?
