Whether you're stepping into yoga for the very first time or returning after years away, Studio YOU was designed to feel welcoming, supportive, calming, and real from the moment you walk through the door.
Arrive early. Take a breath. Settle in.
We recommend arriving about 10–15 minutes before your class begins so you can check in, meet your instructor, and get comfortable in the space.
You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or "good at yoga" to belong here. Our classes are intentionally welcoming and supportive for all levels.
No Experience Needed
Every class can be modified for beginners, and our instructors are happy to guide you through it.
Bring Water & A Mat
Have your own mat? Great. If not, we have mats and towels available for rent and purchase.
Heated & Non-Heated
Some classes are warm or heated while others are slower and restorative. Explore what feels best for your body.
